Biography: 
Montana native Karen McNenny has spent the last two decades becoming a trusted advisor and expert in organizational psychology. She currently works throughout the country as a professional speaker, business educator and consultant. Her vast client group has included government agencies, non-profits, small and large businesses. 

Karen is skilled at developing leaders, transforming workplace culture, and moving groups through conflict. 

After studying media and theater arts at Montana State University, Karen completed her graduate studies in London, England.  She has continued to develop her expertise by training with the Disney Institute, the Kaufmann Foundation for Entrepreneurs, and the Center for Ethical Leadership.  She is also a Certified Divorce Coach and mediator. 

Karen has a unique talent of weaving her skills as a storyteller and performer, with relevant and meaningful content. Ultimately, she sees herself as a social activist - working towards world peace, one workplace at a time.     www.KarenMcNenny
