He is located between New York City and New Jersey and created the D&I function at IFF in 2017. Prior to this role, Stuart was Global HR Business Partner supporting the Taste and Scent business units leading a HR team based in 19 countries and before that VP, Human Resources EMEA leading the HR team supporting the full IFF business across the region. Stuart was born in England and has lived and worked in the UK, USA (twice) and The Netherlands.
