Workshop Description: When human capital is effectively aligned with the business strategy and core functions, it ensures that employees are engaged, motivated, and working towards common goals and objectives while maximizing potential contribution to overall success.

In this session, we will discuss the importance of aligning human capital to business strategy for organizational success. What are the essential skills, knowledge, experience, and abilities of each employee, and how does your collective human capital contribute to the organization’s Intrinsic Value.

Learning Objectives:

  • Properly assess and build understanding of your organization's business strategy, including its mission, vision, risks, goals, and objectives in relation to aligning human capital efforts.
  • Identify the core competencies that are required to achieve the strategic objectives of the organization. These may include technical skills, leadership abilities, problem-solving capabilities, and more.
  • Evaluate and develop the current skills, knowledge, and capabilities of the workforce to identify any gaps between the existing human capital and the requirements of the business strategy.
  • Communicate the organization's strategic objectives to employees in a way that accelerates engagement and ensures that employees understand how their roles contribute to overall value building and reduces the risk of value depletion.
  • Apply best practices and insights on cultural alignment, process improvement, performance management, and profitability measurement and monitoring all while remaining flexible and wiling to adjust your human capital strategies as the organizations business environment and pace evolves.
