Description: As we have moved more into a virtual world there ever before, training our teams, customers, partners, has added a dynamic of creating engagement opportunities to train and educate remotely. This provides new opportunities and challenges around how to better engage individuals separated by time zones, oceans, or sometimes, only across town. This session will discuss strategies, tactics, and pitfalls around engagement in a remote world. We will cover what a facilitator can do to encourage participation, but also tips to help the learner better engage oneself when the facilitator does not.
