Description: Leah Fitch-Brody, Substance Use Disorder Prevention Coordinator with the Missoula City-County Health Department, will be presenting about Substance Use Disorder (SUD) in the Workplace. She will be providing information about the prevalence of substance use disorder among the workforce, as well as ways to retain employees living with or in recovery from a substance use disorder. This presentation will help participants better understand substance use disorder (SUD), develop skills related to communicating about SUD in the workplace, and learn about effective workplace policies and practices related to retaining and supporting employees with a SUD.
