Workshop Description:  4 Steps for Becoming More Resilient.

Learning Objectives: 

  • Identify 4 Steps to boost physical and mental health: Eat veggies, Move Everyday, Sleep and Recover, Decrease Mental Stress.
  • Attendees will Identify Outcome Goals for any of the above categories. They will have time to design Behavior/Action goals that will lead to overall decreased stress. 

Speaker: Emily Linton

Bio: I’ve spent the bulk of my life pushing my own limits. Now, I use my hard-earned lessons and the work I’ve done on myself to create a customized, client-centered health coaching program. I have professional certifications in personal training, integrative nutrition, and behavior change.  I’ve passed the national boards for health and wellness coaching and am a certified executive coach.  Simply put, health coaching is my calling.
